Although highly toxic protein ricin can be made from the waste of the castor bean husk – this is discarded as a waste – ricin does not partition into the oil and its toxicity is inactivated by heat of above 80 degrees C.
A combination of plant derived cetyl and steary fatty alcohols. Derived from naturally occurring acids in coconut oil. Creates a natural film keeping skin moist and silky smooth.
