Shop securely at our online store. $10 delivery charge (Express post where available) and FREE for orders over $100.

You can pay by PayPal without even having a PayPal account, just by using your credit card. Too easy! Or pay through an existing PayPal account. Please check all your purchase, contact and postal details are correct so we can process your order more quickly.

You can now order and pay by credit card over the phone. Please phone order details through to (03) 9882 6662 between 10am and 4.30 pm, with your credit card handy.

We aim to process your order and have it posted as soon as humanly possible. It is usually posted within 24 hours, but sometimes it may take up to a week (rather than posting an incomplete order). If it will take longer we will contact you so you are not left wondering if your order has been forgotten!

Musq uses Australia Post’s Express Post for its speed and reliability. Please make sure you accurately enter your postal details. We can only offer guaranteed delivery if you opt for regular mail plus registered post, in which case email us your order & full postal details and landline phone number so we can quote on the cost. (depending on weight generally about $10, and approx 4 days delivery ) Registered post requires a signature so do not provide a post office box. Musq does not accept responsibility for any package otherwise, as we cannot guarantee the postie puts your package into the right letterbox or that your package isn’t stolen from your letterbox. We have not had any reported problems, but if in doubt we suggest registered post.

Musq's organic and non-toxic ingredients are extremely unlikely to cause an adverse reaction, but if you do experience an allergic reaction cease use. Musq Pty Ltd is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient; please read the ingredient list on this web site before purchase or use. Musq Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for wrong colour choice as we can post you a 'colour swipe' if you are uncertain or you can check the colour at a retail outlet. While we have tried to display the colours as accurately as possible, all computers displays colours slightly differently. Damaged or faulty packaging must be reported within 7 days following receipt of goods for a claim to be made.Your purchase confirms agreement with Musq's conditions of sale as set out on this page.
